From Beutin, explore a region full of character: the ramparts of Montreuil-sur-Mer, the port of Étaples, the dunes of Le Touquet, the long beaches of the Opal Coast and the Bay of Somme.
Here are our ideas for putting together your stay to suit your wishes.
Nearby: Montreuil-sur-Mer 5 km · Étaples 5 km · Le Touquet 10 km
Dunes, beach, forest and seaside elegance.
Three complementary atmospheres to discover the essentials around Villa Bellerose: heritage, maritime tradition and the seaside way of life.
A charming historic town, perfect for strolling through narrow streets, enjoying excellent restaurants and sitting on terraces.
A lively stop along the Canche, connected to its port and maritime traditions.
Beach, dunes, architecture, gastronomy and shopping: the resort can be explored in every season.
Cliffs, estuaries, ports and seaside resorts shape a spectacular coastline, to explore over half a day or a longer getaway.
20 km. A vast beach, sand yachting, kayaking, Authie Bay and seal watching at low tide. In April, kites take over the sky.
Approximately 25 minutes. Nausicaá, the old town, the basilica, the ramparts, the belfry and France’s leading fishing port make for a rich day.
35 to 45 minutes. Ports, quays, a medieval town, viewpoints and marshes open the way to the Bay of the Somme and the Marquenterre Nature Park.
Ambleteuse, Audresselles, Wissant, Wimereux, Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez alternate sandy beaches, rocks, cliffs and panoramas over the English Channel.
To explore further: Hardelot, Sainte-Cécile, Fort-Mahon-Quend, Cayeux-sur-Mer, Mers-les-Bains, Le Tréport, Calais, Gravelines, Abbeville and Amiens.
On foot, by bike, on horseback or simply facing the sea: here, each day can take on a different rhythm.
Fine sand from Marquenterre to Équihen and as far as Sangatte; pebbles at Cayeux and Mers-les-Bains; coves and rocks around Audresselles, Ambleteuse and Cap Gris-Nez.
Possible departures from the gîte, GR121 just behind the villa, Course Valley, EuroVelo 4 Vélomaritime and Véloroute 362 along the Canche.
With binoculars in hand, observe the birds in the bays of the Canche, Authie and Somme, or at Marquenterre Park. Seals can be spotted from a distance, respecting their tranquillity.
Montreuil Citadel, Neuville Charterhouse, Hardelot Castle, the Touquet museum, memories of Agincourt, belfries and maritime traditions tell the story of the area.
A bench facing the sea, the scent of sea spray, seals watched in the distance, an immersion in nature in the countryside or a thalassotherapy break: the Opal Coast can also be enjoyed without a programme.
«Here, letting go is part of the journey.»
